Okay, a little practice on my part. I love Pokemon and a lot of the designs are simple, so I figured it'd be a fun thing to practice drawing with my tablet. Why Jigglypuff? I really have no idea, I just opened the book Pokedex I have and there they were. Plus, I think they're just plain adorable
As for the back ground, it's supposed to represent the normal type
